WICCO System

Slope Stabilization / Diamond Wire Rope Net / Erosion Blanket

The WICCO system is a slope stabilization system that consists of a diamond wire rope net that can be installed on a slope face to hold down any lose rocks that may fall into undesired locations.

Components
WICCO system erosion blanket consists of the diamond wire rope net, grid net, anchors, anchor bearing plate, border and seaming ropes and net connection elements.

Standard Specification
Diamond wire rope net: Rope wire diameter: 8mm; Hole size: 300mm (+/- 5%); Roll size:4.0m x 4.0m, 4.5m x 4.5m etc.

Grid Net
1) Wire diameter: 2.0mm or 2.2mm;
2) Hole size: 50mm*50mm;
3) Roll size: 2m*20m

Anchors
Deformed steel bar anchor diameter: 25mm or 28mm; Length:2m -5m; Anchor bearing plate: 320mm x 170/180mm

Wire Rope
1) Border rope diameter: 12mm or 16mm;
2) Seaming rope diameter: 8mm
